Ok design but if there would have been a half inch more material it would probably actually have been usable. Holster is a slightly stretchy foam material that wraps around the ankle and is retained by velcro. I have average sized ankles and there was just not enough material to securely retain this thing. The fact that it poorly concealed even my smallest compact autos was bad enough. But if it could not be trusted for secure carry, it's not worth the $40 or risking my ccw coming un-stowed at an inopportune time. I'd say the seller's 15% restocking fee was a small price to pay for that lesson. I don't need to buy that brand or from that seller again.

I just bought my second holster. The idea of padding on the inside up against your ankle is a super idea. I carry my Beretta Tomcat or my Ruger 380 LCP and sometimes forget its there. I have tried other holsters with out the padding and having the gun up against you ankle bone gets old after a while. Elastic in this holster is very strong and holster rides nice around your ankle. You can get a calf garter if you need it but I don't use it. Optional leg garter model B865.
