ShapeShift Drop Leg Holster - The Most Modular Holster System
The Alien Gear ShapeShift Drop Leg Holster is an evolution of the drop thigh holster. It has been designed to deliver a better thigh carry than any other drop leg holster on the market. The base is contoured to fit the leg without causing discomfort once the straps are tightened and is molded from a durable polymer blend that will never fray, warp or break under normal conditions. The thigh straps are elastic, stretching to provide a comfortable fit while holding reliably. The belt loop is a durable nylon web, which won't come undone once fastened until you mean to take it off. The ShapeShift OWB holster can be adjusted for cant, allowing you to tilt this tactical holster to the front or rear as you will while staying securely locked in place. Holster retention is also fully customizable, unlike many other drop thigh holsters. You can adjust the passive retention to the exact setting you desire as well as use the including thumb release for active retention—or take it off if you wish. The ShapeShift Drop Leg Holster also has additional docking tabs for use with Alien Gear magazine carriers in case you would like to carry spare magazines with your pistol holster as well. The Alien Gear ShapeShift Drop Leg Holster comes with Alien Gear Holsters’ Iron Clad program, including a 30-Day Test Drive trial period and will repair or replace your holster for life. Custom Molded
The ShapeShift shell is custom-molded for your make and model pistol, but can be used with other holsters in the ShapeShift system.
Full trigger guard protection. The ShapeShift shell fully wraps the trigger, for the utmost in security.
Ultra-comfortable holster base. A backing layer of ventilated neoprene lets the skin breathe, and a spring steel core gives the base reinforcement.
Toolless adjustment. No tools are needed, as passive retention, cant angle and ride height can all be adjusted without tools.

A holster that isn't comfortable is one that you'll find reasons not to wear. The drop leg holster is designed so that you actually want to put it on. The holster starts with two straps from the belt-line to allow the holster to stabilize the load of the holster. Going down from there, the ergonomic thigh backing allows for the holster to be mounted along with two magazines or if you prefer four magazines and no holster. The holster can adjust the cant and retention of your draw so it is comfortable for you. With this custom fit to yourself, you create consistency which is crucial for a good draw!
